Delivery Information

We support delivery to Asia and Oceania, with free tracked delivery to selected countries and cities.*

All gifts are personalised and ready within 7 working days. For Hong Kong orders, delivery takes 1–2 days via SF Express (or pick-up available). For international orders, please allow 7 days for tracked delivery after dispatch. Once your order is ready, we'll send you photos of your personalised gift before dispatch. You'll receive tracking updates throughout delivery so you always know where your gift is. Please contact us if you are in a rush for a gift.

*Selected countries and cities include Hong Kong (local delivery), Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, Macao. For Hong Kong orders, we offer free delivery to SF Express Store or Locker with no minimum spend and free delivery to doorstep for orders over HKD600.
