We support delivery to Asia and Oceania, with free tracked delivery to selected countries and cities.*

We spend time to listen, discuss and meticulously craft one-of-a-kind and truly unique products infused with your love and meaning, and we usually can complete the personalisation in 7 working days (from initial design to final products and dispatch). This is followed by delivery via SF Express (1–2 days) or pick-up available for Hong Kong orders. For international orders, please expect 7 days for tracked delivery upon dispatch. Please contact us if you are in a rush for a gift.

*Selected countries and cities include China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore. For Hong Kong orders, we offer free delivery to SF Express Store or Locker with no minimum spend and free delivery to doorstep for orders over HKD600.
