1. When will my personalised gift arrive?
   Your gift will arrive in approximately 1 week for Hong Kong customers and 2 weeks for international customers. We spend the first 7 days for personalisation and gift wrapping, followed by delivery via SF Express (1–2 days) or pick-up available for Hong Kong orders. For international orders, please expect 7 days for tracked delivery after dispatch. We’ll send you photos of the gift when ready and tracking updates throughout. Need it urgently? 2. Can I see a preview before you make it?
   Yes! Within 24 hours of ordering, we'll contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm details. Please let us know if you would like to see a preview and we can show you the font with your personalisation.  Want a preview before ordering? WhatsApp us for reference photos and mockup 
3. What if I made a spelling mistake in the personalisation content?
   Don't worry! Within 24 hours of ordering, we'll message you to confirm the details. You can request changes by simply replying. We also double-check unusual spellings before production, so mistakes are extremely rare. If we somehow make an error, we'll remake your gift for free
4. Is this a genuine Jellycat product?
   Absolutely! All Jellycat items are 100% genuine. We only sell authentic Jellycat products with official tags / labels and meets the highest safety standards
5. Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
   Personalised items cannot be returned as they're custom-made. However, we have a 100% Quality Guarantee: If the personalisation is incorrect (our error), we'll remake it free; If you're unhappy with the embroidery quality, we'll make it right. Just send us a photo within 7 days from receipt of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately. Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we maintain a 5.0★ rating
6. Can I include a personal message?
   Yes! Every order includes a free handwritten greeting card. Simply provide your message above and we'll handwrite it beautifully. Mention the occasion and we'll choose the perfect card design. The gift is completely ready to give or we can also send to recipient’s doorstep directly

We allow return or exchange non-personalised items (unused and original packaging) within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Please contact us with the order number before return and we will follow-up with you on the details.
